Eden Valley Riesling has always been my regional variety of choice, after growing up on my family property, ‘Eden Gums’. The high altitude and cool climate of the High Eden, promotes delicate flavours and preserves natural acidity, which makes it the ideal terroir for producing exceptional quality Riesling.
Vibrant citrus notes of lime zest and white nectarine with delicate white blossom floral aromas. The bright, crisp natural acidity of the High Eden gives lift and minerality, ensuring this wine has exceptional linearality. An austere, yet elegant Riesling handcrafted with minimal intervention.
