Eden Valley Riesling has always been my regional variety of choice, after growing up on my family property, ‘Eden Gums’. The high altitude and cool climate of the High Eden, promotes delicate flavours and preserves natural acidity and purity, making it the ideal terroir for sourcing exceptional quality Riesling fruit.
Vibrant citrus notes of lemon sherbet and kaffir lime complemented by delicate white blossom floral aromas. The bright, precise natural acidity gives lift and drives the palate, while the subtle talc minerality provides energy.
